A reputed CBSE school in Dwarka, Delhi is looking to onboard a Deputy HR Lead to support end-to-end HR operations, strengthen recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure smooth people practices across the school ecosystem.
Lead recruitment for sanctioned positions, including replacements and new roles.
Assess, coordinate, and close hiring as per the school’s recruitment policy.
Issue appointment letters and complete joining documentation for new hires.
Manage HR induction and onboarding for new staff.
Coordinate crossfunctional orientation with relevant heads across IT, Admin, Finance, SEN, Teaching and Learning.
Address staff concerns, including personal and salaryrelated matters.
Maintain complete and accurate personnel files for all staff members.
Draft, discuss, and drive HR policies through to final signoff by the Director.
Verify staff personnel files for accuracy after joining formalities are completed.
Coordinate and validate staff data entry in the school ERP system.
MBA in HR from a recognised institute or university.
10 to 15 years of overall HR experience.
3 to 5 years of HR experience in a school environment is mandatory.
Prior experience in a school or edu-tech environment is required.
Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR policies, and HR systems.
Tech-savvy with strong familiarity with HR software, ERP systems, and digital HR processes.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and process orientation.
Ability to handle sensitive people matters with maturity and discretion.
Strong understanding of school HR operations and people practices.
