Develop and implement a STEM curriculum aligned with the Atal Innovation Mission guidelines.
Align STEM programmes with the school’s vision, values, and overall academic goals.
Incorporate projectbased and inquirybased learning methodologies to foster scientific curiosity and critical thinking.
Encourage handson learning experiences through experiments, models, and realworld problemsolving activities.
Stay updated with the latest trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in STEM education.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the wider school community to enhance student learning outcomes.
Promote innovation, creativity, and teamwork among students through STEM initiatives and activities.
Participate in school programmes, events, and interdisciplinary projects related to STEM.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science & Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field from a recognised institution.
2 to 5 years of relevant teaching experience in STEM or related subjects preferred.
Strong understanding of interdisciplinary STEM concepts and their real-world applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage students through innovative and experiential teaching methods.
Passion for fostering creativity, problem-solving, and scientific thinking in students.
