A reputed school in Noida is looking to onboard an experienced Head of Administration & Operations to oversee overall administration, operations, infrastructure, support services, compliance, and facility management across the school, its academies, and associated facilities.
Oversee campus administration, facilities, and infrastructure management.
Manage housekeeping, security, transport, horticulture, and technical services.
Supervise HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and full and final settlements.
Lead procurement, stores, inventory control, and vendor management.
Oversee IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and CCTV operations.
Ensure compliance with CBSE, fire, labour, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Prepare and manage administrative budgets and costcontrol initiatives.
Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and operational best practices.
Manage outsourced service providers and contractors to ensure service quality and compliance.
B.Tech, MBA degrees preferred.
Relevant certifications in Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or Compliance will be an advantage.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
5 to 7 years of experience in a senior administrative leadership role.
Prior experience in reputed schools, universities, hospitals, large educational institutions, or corporate campuses preferred.
Experience managing multi-function administrative teams and outsourced service providers.
Strong administrative, operational, and people management capability.
Excellent understanding of campus operations, statutory compliance, and facility management.
Strong budgeting, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
Ability to establish systems, SOPs, and performance standards.
High ownership, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving ability.
