One of India’s leading schools is looking to appoint a Logic Teacher for Classes VI to VIII to build students’ foundational skills in logical and analytical thinking through a structured, engaging curriculum.
Plan and deliver lessons in logical reasoning, propositions, truth tables, and basic set theory for Classes VI to VIII.
Design activities that build deductive and inductive reasoning skills among students.
Apply analytical and critical thinking pedagogy to make abstract logic concepts accessible to middle school students.
Integrate ICT tools and digital resources into classroom teaching.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support conceptual understanding.
Collaborate with the academic team to align logic curriculum with broader mathematics and critical thinking goals.
Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc. / B.A.) with Mathematics as a core subject.
Postgraduate qualification in Philosophy or Mathematics desired.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized university.
Prior teaching experience at the middle school level preferred.
Strong proficiency in logical reasoning, propositions and truth tables, and set theory basics.
Sound grounding in deductive and inductive reasoning.
Strong ICT integration skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to simplify abstract concepts for young learners.
