A reputed school in Noida is looking to onboard an experienced Transport Manager to oversee the planning, administration, safety, compliance, monitoring, and overall performance of the School Transport Department.
Manage and monitor all transport vendors and service providers.
Administer transport contracts and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
Ensure student safety and security across all transport operations.
Plan, review, and optimise transport routes and schedules.
Monitor the performance of drivers, conductors, and attendants.
Oversee GPS tracking and CCTV monitoring systems.
Manage daily arrival and dispersal operations.
Handle parent queries, complaints, and transportrelated grievances.
Maintain transport compliance records, permits, and documentation.
Verify vendor billing and ensure accuracy of payments.
Prepare and manage transport budgets and costcontrol initiatives.
Generate monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.
Conduct regular transport audits, inspections, and safety reviews.
Graduate from a recognised university.
MBA, Transport Management, or Logistics Management qualification preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in school transport, fleet operations, logistics, or outsourced transport management.
Strong experience in vendor management, transport compliance, and student safety systems.
Experience managing route planning, transport audits, billing verification, and MIS reporting.
Strong understanding of transport safety, compliance, and school transport operations.
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
High attention to detail in documentation, billing, and compliance records.
Ability to manage parent communication and transport-related grievances professionally.
